Sleepy
Sleepy auto-shutdown software shuts down the computer at a specific time each day. You can specify when and which days of the week to shut down (or restart), whether or not Sleepy can be canceled, and other options. Sleepy is password-protected and tamper resistant. Sleepy can save your files before shut down if you forget and leave them open. Shuts down even if no user is logged on, multi-language support, network support, different times on different days.
